Weekly Reflection (September 10 - 14)

Wow! What an amazing week! Tying up loose ends....Raw footage becoming segments....team work with such a diverse group....Nailed the Thursday, last minute interview in ONE take....iMovie... you rocked it!

You know the drill:

- what did you learn this week?
- what changes will the group make before the next filming, segments, etc
- what went really well?
- what still needs work?
- what else?

Hugs, Ms. L
P.S. It all began with old juice!

I learned that getting to know your other members on the staff will help you with problems you might be having.
We will probably change the way we interview and change our segments.
I think that the interview with the superintendent went well.
We need to learn to focus our time better.
I enjoy this class so much and hope that everybody else does also.

Imovie was much easier than I had thought it would be. At the beginning of the week I didnt think we was getting much done but as the week went on it got better. Yesterday Alex and I worked on the sports part. All we have to do is finish the football part. I think next week we should write on the tapes so its not so hard to find what you need.

This week was amazing. I really have enjoyed working with the people in our class. We have really grown as a family. I loved finishing our filming with a good roll down the hill. I have enjoyed working with iMovie and feel like we are all becoming a better group. I can't wait to see the finished product and continue working on the future shows. I love our family in fourth.

This was yet again another fantastic week. We got alot done this week and luckily we meshed and arranged iMovie to be finally learned. Hopefully next week will be even better; in that we can begin filming for our October 12 segment and finish up our segment for our October 4 segment on iMovie. Evryone worked really hard this week and hopefully next week will be the same story.

I give this week an 8/10 stars.
[I'm going to start this ^]

This week was very fun and I feel that we were very productive. It's exciting to see all our hard work come together and form an actual show. I cant wait to see what next week has to offer. I'm very happy with the way we all work together and help one another out when needed. We just need to work on communicating a little bit more. Everyone has such great ideas but not everyone likes them so I think that we should compromise with the ones that dont agree with the ideas.

This week was excellent for all of us when it came to iMovie. We were all scared of it at first but once we started to mess with it we learned more about it and i actually really like it. Im starting to getting the hang of all of it. When we start filming for the next show we difinatly need to use less tapes. 4 at the max. and then with the ones we do use we need to label them we ALL the information that is on it. We already have the commercial, begining(< spelled like the poster),the credits, and freshmen. Which is awesome (my word) that we got all them done in the same week we learned iMovie.
We are awesome! XD

This week was great! I learned how to edit and cut and paste in imovie. I think we weil definately change what is recorded on the tapes so they will be more organized. I think the editing went really well because we got most of our editing done within a few days. I LOVE this class haha

This week I learned a little bit of imovie...that thing is overwhelming, but at least it isn't GoLive. [GoLive is horrible >.<]

I believe we'll have to use only a few tapes this time because it was chaotic this past couple of days. I know everyone has already said this, buuttttt, I just had to throw in my two cents as well. =]

I think imovie is coming along nicely even though it is sort of an overwhelming program.

The tape confusions...'nuff said.

I love this class to death. I'm gong to be sad leaving it next semester, but I will have Art 2 so I'll have to let you see some of my work, even if it is a little darker, but everyone already knows that. ;]

This week was absolutely amazing, we weren't just running up and down halls, we were actually learning new things on iMovie. I felt such a sense of accomplishment as we put together different clips, transitions and sounds. I feel that everyone communicated a little more than we had during the previous weeks and it showed in the progress that we've made. We can still work on organization and planning but for right now i'm happy with our class.
Love ya all Bunches!*!*!*!*!*!*!*!
