THIS CLASS IS FANTASTIC AND MRS. L IS GRRRRRREAT!
NINJA FLIMING WAS SOO MUCH FUN AND WENT GREAT! I LOVE JOE!
WE COULD HAVE PROBABLY EDITED A LOT MORE THIS WEEK BUT SOMETIMES WE GET CAUGHT UP IN SO MUCH RANDOMNESS AND NONSENSICAL ACTIVITIES THAT ITS HARD! HAHA

SOOO...OUR STRENGTH IS OUR BEING ABLE TO WORK WITH EACH OTHER SO WELL AND BEIN SO DANG CREATIVE! AND CHALLENGES....UHHH...KEEPING UP OUR AWESOMENESS PROBABLY!
I BELIEVE AS AN IDIVIDUAL I CAN BRING SOME GREAT IDEAS TO THE TABLE! AND THAT I CAN DEF HELP WITH GIVING THIS SHOW AN AMAZING EDGE!

I ACTUALLY DONT SEE TOO MAHY OBSTACLES IN OUR WAY YET. NOT TO SAY THAT NONE WILL COME BUT I CAN'T TELL AS OF NOW. THE SHOW IS COMING UP AND I THINK WE ARE DEF GONNA PULL IT OFF WELL!
I AM PROUD OF HOW MANY GREAT IDEAS PRACTICALLY EVERYONE HAS CONTRIBUTED! WE ARE REALLY GETTING SOME GREAT THINGS DONE!

Video Production & Broadcasting is awesome, and is by far my favorite class this semester. Mrs. L is gaining on my favorite teacher of all time list.
We made a lot of good progress on our ninjoe introduction, and lots of editing and stuff done.
Tyler could've been more cooperative :)
Our only weakness is Tristan's need to skip class.
I bring good editing skills and okay acting, as well as no "crack hands" filming skills, and excellent directing skills.
Getting things done quicker.

I LOVE this class, its the best ever! I've so much this week learning to work with the camera and playing around with iMovie.
I think week went great, we got alot done this week with the taking out the old staff segment and i think its turning out great.
I think this is an amazing staff and that were working together great! I love my fellow staffers they are amazing!

I think i have some strengths that i've discovered this week with working the camera and getting an interesting shot. Coming in I thought my strength was going to come from my acting background, but i feel now that I will have more strength behind the camera directing than i will in front.
I feel i need to come out of shell a little more and do more than just flim, i think we all need to do a little of everything. I'm even willing to give iMovie a shot. ;]
I think there will be hurdles to get over, but we will get over them as a team. The main hurdle i think will be to get the staff interviews and make them interesting.
I'm proud just to be able to call myself a Ram TV staffer! =] I'm also proud of how far our first show as come.

RamTV Week 1
What do you think about Video Production & Broadcasting after your first fullweek?
I'm really excited about this semesters RamTV class I think we have done really well so far and we work well together. I think that Video Production and broadcasting is really interesting and I'm glad I get to learn how to do it!
What went well this week?
The exit of the old staff and the entrance of the new staff video is coming together really well and I really like. Also the break interviews that me Kristin and Shannon filmed went well.
What could have gone better?
I think we all need to learn to communicate better with each other and voice our opinions before we get into the project at hand.
Think about the RamTV staff team, what are our strengths and challenges?
I think our strength is that we have some really excellent ideas and that are funny and interesting and we work hard. Some of our weaknesses are that a lot of the staff just wants to be behind the scenes instead of being in front of the camera and if we don't mix it up we will have talking heads!!
Now look at yourself, what strength(s) do you bring to the staff?
I am willing to do most anything that is asked of me for the production of the show, I work hard, and I won't let things go unfinished.
What one area do you need to work on to further strengthen the team?
Communication, and I need some idea flowage.
Are there obstacles in the near future...March 7th is the first broadcast. What stands in our way?
Really getting together and making sure that we get everything done in time. We need to try and not waste time and get all of our resources ready.
What are you most proud of relating to this week of class?
I am most proud of how hard we have worked since we've came into the class and everything that we got accomplished so far.

What do you think about Video Production & Broadcasting after your first fullweek?
This first full-week as been a blast so far. I am so excited to get into are first show and see how people respond.
What went well this week?
Most everything went well except some communications situations and people saying they like something and then changing their mind it was filmed.
What could have gone better?
The communication skills.
Think about the RamTV staff team, what are our strengths and challenges?
We are amazing in ideas and creating funny moments but we are challenged in following through with certain things.
Now look at yourself, what strength(s) do you bring to the staff?
I have no problem being in front of the camera and i can give amazing suggestions when needed.
What one area do you need to work on to further strengthen the team?
COMMUNICATION and being straight forward.
Are there obstacles in the near future...March 7th is the first broadcast. What stands in our way?
Following through on all our ideas and making them so everyone can enjoy.
What are you most proud of relating to this week of class?
Our intro and the "killings" of the old staff, mine and Shannon's interviews with the students about the new break.

What do you think about Video Production & Broadcasting after your first full week?
I think that RamTV is a lot harder than it looks and that not everyone will cooperate the way that you want them to all of the time. I've also realized that planning out what you're going to do helps a lot in the long run.
What went well this week?
We were able to work together pretty well, get a lot of things done, and the intro and ninja section look AWESOME.
What could have gone better?
There were a few people that didn't really want to be on camera when we needed them to be and it caused a few of us to get frustrated because we couldn't get everything done that we wanted to. Also, people need to say that they don't like an idea BEFORE it gets filmed and not after people put a lot of time into something.
Think about the RamTV staff team, what are our strengths and challenges?
I think that we are a very creative group and we have some very funny people which helps make the class entertaining. I think some of our challenges are that not everyone wants to participate or help plan sometimes which causes things to not get done and it takes longer to complete goals for the day.
Now look at yourself, what strength(s) do you bring to the staff?
I think that I work hard and always try to get things done because I get stressed if things aren't finished and I also am very creative and a good writer so that could help with script writing if needed.
What one area do you need to work on to further strengthen the team?
The way I talk! I always think I talk weird on camera, I don't know if that is just me but I'd like to not look as weird.
Are there obstacles in the near future...March 7th is the first broadcast. What stands in our way?
Time and procrastination. A lot of people have just been hanging out all week and just walking around with others who are trying to film when they could be doing something more productive and working on other parts for the show.
What are you most proud of relating to this week of class?
I am most proud that Kristin and I finished the new break segment interviews and that we got a lot of things planned out that all we have to do is just film.

What do you think about Video Production & Broadcasting after your first full week?
I think this class will be a lot harder than I anticipated, but still as fun as I expected.
What went well this week?
The entire Ninjoe thing went excellent, and I hope it will get a lot of good responses when our first show airs.
What could have gone better?
I think we could have done a little more filming, and tried to get as far ahead as we can.
Think about the RamTV staff team, what are our strengths and challenges?
I think one of the biggest problems is that people do not realize how much time you are giving us and what we could accomplish in this time. I feel that the second show is going to smack us in the face and we will really regret not trying to get ahead.
Now look at yourself, what strength(s) do you bring to the staff?
I feel that I bring many good ideas to the table, and I feel that I have a good eye for filming, such as keeping people in the “Golden Mean”. I also feel that I will be a good asset when it comes to editing and teaching the others to edit as well.
What one area do you need to work on to further strengthen the team?
I am not very comfortable in front of the camera, so I really need to work on that.
Are there obstacles in the near future...March 7th is the first broadcast. What stands in our way?
I don’t thing the first show will have any problems because of all the time we have, but the second one will probably be the biggest problem because we will have to adjust to only having 4 days.
What are you most proud of relating to this week of class?
My idea for the Ninjoe thing, and my ideas for editing.

Nothing really cause there wasn't anything that gave us a lot of trouble
Strengths are that we have a lot of people that are very creative and how to do things that are going to sweet once it's done.
I think some challenges are that some people don't really feel comfortable in front of the camera
I love being the center of attention and i'll do whatever it takes to make you laugh
