Wow!
What an amazing week!
Tying up loose ends....
Raw footage becoming segments....
team work with such a diverse group....
Nailed the show last week - critique sheets prove that you rocked it!
You know the drill:
- what did you learn this week?
- what changes will the group make before the next filming, segments, etc
- what went really well?
- what still needs work?
- what else?
Hugs, Ms. L

I'm going to try to remember last week. Right now I'm frustrated that the dvd skipped during RamTV today and that's all I can think about.
But thinking back to last show:
I learned how more efficient it is when everyone works together and really does their part. It's overwhelming sometimes to think about how much we need to get done, but when everyone bitches in and does their part, it's surprising how fast our goals can be met.
Changes....definitely think we need to check our equipment first. Today we filmed Carlene for HST Idol for the THIRD time. All because of bad tapes and technical difficulties. Also, we need to make sure we are being careful and are aware of how it will look on TV as we are filming.
What went well was that we pulled it together.
Communication still isn't too great...we could work on that. Also, the technical stuff and the proactive stuff (not the acne medication, obviously).
P.S. I am so frustrated about the show today. I am SO gonna get clagg-attacked because she wasn't on there!!!
Okay...I totally meant "Pitches in and does their part"
...haha sorry.
This week I learned that even when there doesn't seem that there is anything to do, it actually is.
Next time that we air the show, we need to watch the dvd all the way threw to make sure it doesn't skip. I was shocked when it did and to me it felt like an epic fail. The show was good, but could of been great if it didn't skip.
What went well was the the Chris and CJ idea. I really liked it and feel that it was thinking out the box. The whole time I seen RAM TV throughout our high school lives, I never seen an idea like that.
What we need to work on it to make some of the transitions smoother and to find better places that you won't have that cloudy sound. But other than that, just need to continue coming up with good ideas.
I had a freshmen come up to me asking me about the show. He told me that he couldn't wait to be in it. So I really want us to do good so RAM TV can stay in the Graphic field. Other than that, Love all ya!!
The dvd skipped this week that stinks they didn't get to hear us sing. lol
Anyways last week...
Last weeks show was great, we got all four that that was great, also students loved it, and over all the show was funny, and informative.
I learned that we need to shoot footage in better sound, and make sure dvds and etc don't mess up. The group needs to take time to get the sound, and everything in the shows working and sounding great before they are burned. What went rally great was how the group worked well together, and worked on two show at once in such a close deadline, and got everything done.
What still needs work is everyone pitching in and doing there part, and also on free time coming up with other ideas for shows or starting on show 5,6,7 and so on.
I learned that we should always check the cd before airing it. I think that some changes that need to be made is the bossing people around because I feel that it is getting a little outta hand. I think that the mudding thing went really well. It seemed to me that everybody liked it. Something that still needs some work is the teamwork and working together.
This week I learned how to edit the show and how to make things look better. We need to watch the DVD before letting it air on the tv. The show I thought looked good but I wasn't here to find out how others felt. We still need to work on sound and the general aesthetics.
It indeed was an amazing week.
Also some loose ends were tied up, which was nice.
Raw footage became segments in a mannerly fashion.
Team work worked with diversity.
The show was nailed (heh.)
This week I learned how to use Garageband.
Before next week we will kill off expendable members. jk.
Chris and CJ's reliability were off the charts.
Our editing could still use a ton of work.
Jesus.
this week i learned that mr. wingfeild is easier to get along with than we had origanly thought.
I think that we need to work a we bit harder but overall i think we are doing good we get nothing but good reviews "EXCEPT on some of the critique sheets"
I think every thing is going really well except the petty fights that dont happen often.
Lol the class needs work?
I am really enjoying ram tv alot more than i thought it was it is going really great and i love this class.
I agree... this week was amazing! I really didn't learne much except that pur class is the ish! One thing I will say wasn't perfect was the DVD we burned the show on. It was a little frustrating that the show skipped becuase I believed that was one of the best shows yet. The lead-ins were excellent and they were really "GETTIN 0FF!!" I think we're coming together as a class every since that Jesus meeting. We still need to work on meeting deadlines and not dropping the ball like last week. Overall, WE ARE THE BEST! o9!
THis was a really good week becuase everyone did their part. I love it when we dont have to fight and can get along. The only thing i can think of is just basically knowing your job and doing it. Everyone got their footage in and that made the process easier for the most part. We still need editors to utilize there equipment. We have two computers and two editors for a reason, enough said. I am just really excited about how things have been going and our feedback but most of all im ready to GRADUATE. LOL!
This week, i learned that, as a team, we function so much better than just little cults and that teamwork is key to being successful and producing a kick@$$ show! Before the next filming the next show, i will tan my legs since people think there white =[ but seriously, when we burn the next DDVD we have to check it and make sure it wont skip this time. I think that the whole show went really well because oour critique sheets said we were awesome! I think that our editing skills still need improving but they are slowly gettting there.
One thing I learned for sure was that we need to make sure that we watch the whole entire show on the dvd to make sure that nothing is wrong with it. One thing that we do need to work on is making wure that our transitions are good, etc. I really liked Chris and CJs lead-ins they were really creative and funny.
